Using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, AD Ports Group has already created more than 50 AI agents, with 100 more in development. These agents help address real business challenges across vessel operations, container management, customer claims, investment review and daily administrative tasks.

The story highlights examples such as a Vessel Speed Optimizer AI agent, which gives real-time guidance to vessels based on weather data and port congestion, and a Container Balancer AI agent, which predicts where empty containers will be needed and helps manage storage costs more efficiently.
