Workflow & Guarantees

We’re confident in our process — so you can withdraw at no cost
at any point during the first three steps, before production begins.

Step 1: Client Interview

We start with a remote or in-person interview to understand your solution, your customer’s challenge and the results achieved.

Step 2: Script & Documentation

You receive the key preparation materials, including a narrative outline, mood board and description of the filming process. The narrative outline defines the main story points, structure and intended direction of the final film. When exact wording is required, we can also prepare a full script.

Step 3: Collaborative Refinement

Together with you and your customer, we refine the story until all stakeholders are comfortable with the direction. There is no fixed limit on revisions during this pre-production stage.

Step 4: Shooting

We arrange one or more filming days, typically at your customer’s location. A compact crew keeps disruption to a minimum while the director leads the interviews and visual storytelling. A typical shoot includes interviews and B-roll showing the customer’s environment, people, workflows and, where relevant, your solution in use.

Remote Option

When an on-site shoot isn’t practical, we can produce the customer story remotely. We record the interview via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another approved platform and combine it with existing footage, stock footage, screen content and graphics.

Step 5: Editing

Within 7-10 business days after filming and receipt of all required materials, we deliver the first edit.

Step 6: Additional Services

We offer additional services like translations and localized versions, social cutdowns, shorter edits, compilations of multiple customer stories, subtitles, and written case studies based on the video.

Quality Assurance

Before final delivery, we complete a technical and editorial quality check covering picture, sound, graphics, captions and the approved deliverables.

Direct Access to the Senior Team

Throughout the project, you can discuss key creative and production decisions directly with the producer or director responsible for the work.

Participant Preparation

If helpful, we prepare practical guidance for speakers and customer teams before filming. This can cover what to expect on the day, interview preparation, filming logistics and any information needed to make the process clear and comfortable.
