We produce customer stories for B2B companies and their clients around the world.

Every story can be shaped differently depending on your goals, your customer, the available production setup, and the way the story needs to be communicated.

From an interview-led Voice of the Customer video to a structured Video Case Study, from an on-location shoot to a fully remote production — we adapt the format without losing the authenticity of the customer’s voice.

Story Format

  • Voice of the Customer

Built around the customer’s own perspective and experience. The story is driven by what they say, how they describe the challenge, and the value they see in your solution.

  • Video Case Study

A more structured, proof-driven format built around the challenge, solution and result. It can combine the customer’s perspective with specific outcomes, facts and measurable results.

Production Approach

  • On-Location Production

We film your customer at their office, facility, store, factory or another relevant location. Our team can manage productions internationally and coordinate the shoot locally.

  • Remote Production

When an on-location shoot is not practical, the customer story can be recorded remotely. This is especially useful for international projects, tighter timelines or customers who cannot accommodate a production crew.

Visual Approach

  • Customer Story with B-Rolls

We film the customer, their environment and the solution in use. This creates a complete visual story and allows the audience to see how your product or service works in the customer’s real-world environment.

  • Motion Design & Graphics

When filming additional b-rolls is not possible or necessary, the interview can be supported by motion design, typography, data, product visuals or graphic elements.

  • Mixed

Sometimes the strongest approach is also the simplest: a well-shot interview with the customer as the main visual focus, without additional b-rolls or extensive graphics.

Speaker Delivery

  • Interview-Led

The speaker responds naturally to carefully prepared questions. This creates a conversational, authentic customer story and allows genuine reactions and personal experience to come through.

  • Scripted-Led

When wording needs to be controlled more precisely, the message can be agreed in advance and delivered using a teleprompter. This works particularly well when legal, brand or technical accuracy is important.
