Constructing Stories, Swiftly: A Rapid Videography Journey through Radisson-7Ci Group’s Architectural Collaboration
A Customer Story About Renovation, Trust and Delivery Under Pressure
Radisson Blu wanted its renovated hotel near Kyiv’s historic Golden Gate to feel modern, while still connected to the history of the area.
For 7Ci Group, the project became a strong customer story about reliability, collaboration and the ability to deliver complex renovation work inside a functioning hotel.
Project Background
The renovation had to balance design, deadlines, guest experience and daily hotel operations.
The video needed to show not only the final result, but also the cooperation behind it: how 7Ci Group responded to challenges, worked with the hotel team and helped deliver the renovation on time.
Our Task
This was a turnkey video production project with a compact filming schedule and minimal time required from the client.
The client did not need to prepare a full script or spend significant time shaping the story. Our team managed the narrative, filming and edit with a high level of autonomy, while keeping the client aligned at key stages.
The goal was to let Radisson’s representative explain 7Ci Group’s value in a natural and credible way — without making the video feel scripted or promotional.
Director’s Approach
The director first listened to the client’s perspective and understood the story they wanted to tell.
Based on that, he built the interview structure and agreed it with the client before filming. The key messages were clear in advance: reliable partnership, open communication, problem-solving, deadline pressure, noise limitations and the challenge of renovating a hotel while it continued to operate.
During the interview, the director guided the conversation toward specific, credible examples of 7Ci Group’s role in the project. The task was to help Radisson’s representative speak naturally about the cooperation, the challenges and the value of the partnership.
The director also supervised the edit, helping shape the final structure, select the strongest statements and keep the story focused on both the finished hotel and the work behind it.
Production
The project was filmed within a compact production window, supported by selected archive materials from the construction process.
We captured the renovated hotel interior, construction-related visuals, the 7Ci Group office environment, Kyiv city atmosphere around the Golden Gate and the main interview with Radisson’s representative.
The visual goal was to balance the beauty of the finished hotel with the pressure, coordination and construction work that made the renovation possible.
Deliverables
The final package included the main edited video, translated versions for international use and a shorter version for more concise platforms.
Outcome
The final video presented 7Ci Group through Radisson’s own voice.
It showed the visible result — the renovated Radisson Blu hotel — while also revealing the deeper business story: reliable partnership, clear communication, problem-solving and delivery under real operational pressure.
