Cisco and INGO's Partnership Becomes a Benchmark in Cisco's Best Practice Library.
Client: Cisco
Objective:
Develop a case study that reflects the technological partnership between Cisco and INGO, with a focus on practical business advantages and minimal involvement from Cisco in the process.
Process and Time Spent:
Having autonomously consulted with specialists from Cisco and INGO, we delved into the technical details .
Using our custom-developed model, we constructed the interview process, specifically:
Transformed the technical material into an accessible script, converting it into keywords for the speaker.
Implemented a scoring system for keyword prioritization to guide the interview in responding to the interests of Cisco and INGO, based on priorities agreed upon with clients.
Client Participation and Our Autonomy:
An indication of our autonomous work is Cisco's minimal participation: 1 hour for an initial meeting, 1 hour for an additional meeting to explain technological nuances, 1 hour for a joint meeting with INGO, and additional time for reviewing and commenting on the script and final video (read more about our workflow) . Their absence during the shooting and limited project involvement demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and trust.
Outcome and Acknowledgment:
The video, focused on the authentic emotions of the CEO, proved to be more persuasive compared to other materials, demonstrating the importance of the emotional component in perceiving technical information. It was included in Cisco's "Best Practice" as a foundation for future projects, emphasizing the clarity and business value of the presented information.
