Spotlight on Microsoft’s Client: A Digital Transformation Tale Featured on Microsoft's Webpage

Client: Microsoft

End User: Scania

Project Objective: To showcase how Microsoft's client, the Ministry of Environment of the Maldives, undertook a digital transformation of their nation. This allowed the citizens to avoid traveling to the capital island, Malé, for government services. It also enabled the staff to work from any location.

Process: In collaboration with Microsoft and their agency W4U, we conducted an interview with the client (read more about our workflow). Subsequently, we crafted a script and traveled to the Maldives for filming. Within just 7 working days, we had the first draft ready, and the client was pleased. It was almost immediately approved with virtually no revisions from the client's side. The story was then published on Microsoft's webpage.

Challenge: The client was organizationally complex, given that our main interviewee was the Minister of Environment. She had a hectic schedule and was extremely busy.

Outcome: We had to craft a narrative that would be credible to the audience. To achieve this, all key messages needed to come directly from the speaker in a candid manner, ensuring they were her genuine words and not just "off the paper."
