Creating a Fast Online Case Study for Agoda and Zendesk

To develop a compelling online case study showcasing Agoda’s transformation and its partnership with Zendesk in improving customer and partner interactions in the fast-moving world of online travel.

Process

Online Production Methodology

The entire production process was completed digitally, without on-site filming or international travel.

The video was built using a combination of remote interviews, custom graphics, stock footage, and materials provided by Agoda and Zendesk.

Advantages of the Methodology

The online format made it easy to involve remote participants from different locations.

It also reduced travel and production costs, offering a budget-friendly alternative to traditional on-site filming.

Limitations of the Methodology

Combining different types of source material can make it more difficult to maintain a fully consistent visual style.

The production also depends on available footage, which can limit the ability to create specific scripted scenes or visual moments.

Outcome

The final video presents Agoda’s story of transformation and innovation, supported by Zendesk’s solutions.

The story highlights a 40% increase in agent productivity and employee satisfaction of over 93%.

It shows how technology and customer-focused support can improve communication and service in a fast-growing digital business, especially in the dynamic travel industry.
