With a university degree in design, Elisa brings both visual clarity and a remarkable amount of optimism to the team. Even when a project becomes complicated, she somehow keeps seeing possibilities rather than problems. In many ways, she is the soul of our team.

After many years working in film, Vyacheslav has developed the kind of ear that catches what everyone else has stopped hearing. He is meticulous about dialogue, ambience and the final mix. We sometimes joke that nothing makes it into the master without passing his inspection first.
