Andrey brings extensive experience from both television and film, giving him a strong instinct for rhythm, structure and finding the story within the material. But his most recognizable quality is probably his optimism. Even during the most demanding stages of post-production, Andrey somehow manages to keep the energy positive. He is the person who reminds the rest of us that there is almost always a way forward.

With a university degree in design, Elisa brings both visual clarity and a remarkable amount of optimism to the team. Even when a project becomes complicated, she keeps looking for practical ways to move the design forward. She helps make sure visual ideas stay clear, coherent and consistent throughout the project.

SOUND ENGINEER

After many years working in film, Vyacheslav has developed a highly precise approach to sound. He focuses on dialogue, ambience and the final mix, catching small issues that can easily be missed during post-production. Before a film is delivered, he makes sure the soundtrack works both technically and creatively.
